How to protect yourself in Arizona’s home state

It may be called the Emerald Coast, but the Pacific Northwest is still home to some of the most pristine beaches in the world.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t take care of yourself on a daily basis, especially when you have an obsession with sunscreens.

Here’s how to protect your eyes from the harmful effects of UV rays, and how to minimize sunburn.

Get your sunscreen at home First of all, you need to make sure you have sunscreen at hand.

This is especially important in the Pacific Ocean, where the sun can penetrate deep into the ocean, causing serious eye damage.

To protect your skin, use a UV-blocker.

Sunscreens with an SPF rating of at least 30 are the safest to wear, but some UV-blocking products, like titanium dioxide, also have other benefits, like blocking UV rays.

Wash your hands thoroughly Before you go to the beach, make sure your hands are clean.

You can soak them in warm water for at least an hour and then use a soft soap or paper towel to wipe them down.

You should also use a towel to scrub the water off your hands, and wipe your palms.

Then, you can go swimming or surf in the pool or lake.

The best way to get the most out of your sunscreen is to get your hands wet before going to the water, according to the Mayo Clinic.

If you can get your hand wet, your palms won’t sweat as much, and your skin will feel cooler.

Wear gloves Before you leave the house, make yourself comfortable.

This includes wearing gloves and sunscreen.

When you walk outside, be sure to use a protective mask or goggles to prevent sunburn and other skin-related problems.

Use sunscreen Before you hit the water for the first time, apply sunscreen to your face and eyes.

Wear a protective sunscreen on your hands to prevent getting sunburn or irritation.

Use a mask Before you start your day, wear a protective hat to protect against the sun’s harmful rays.

This hat can also be used as a sunscreen cover.

Wash with warm water after every use to avoid further irritation.

If soap and hot water aren’t enough, you might want to try using a moisturizer or alcohol-based sunscreen lotion.

Use an eye mask If you get sunburned, apply a mask before going out in public.

Some eye masks have special ingredients to keep the sun off your eyes, but it’s always best to wash your skin before you put on a mask.

Wash hands and eyes with soap before going swimming It is important to wash hands and your eyes before swimming in the ocean or swimming in pools, lakes, or other water sources.

To do this, apply soap to the area you are going to touch.

Use warm water to rinse your hands and wash your eyes.

The goal is to clean out the area thoroughly and avoid getting water on your eyes and face.

Keep a safe distance from your windows and doors If you have a window or door open, put on an eye protectee mask.

Use the mask on the area of your face closest to the sun.

For example, use the mask over your nose, over your chin, or over your upper lip.

If possible, try not to use the face mask while standing or sitting down, especially if it’s hot.

Get sunscreen from your local beach store If you don’t have access to a beach shop, there are other options.

You might also consider going to a local drugstore, and purchasing a sunscreen.

For those of you who live in areas with beach access, you could visit a beach resort and use sunscreen at your leisure.

You could also use sunscreen on a beach, especially in areas where the waves are rough.
